Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety handling requirements and exchange programs.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
